Terms of Service

By using ronininc.org or engaging Ronin Inc (“Ronin,” “we”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or services.

What Ronin provides

Ronin builds governed operational technology: Solomon (a governed decision-and-execution engine), Build With Ronin (custom business systems), Ronin Apps (Lead Engine, App Forge), and Sanctum (a creator partnership). Solomon is in controlled validation; availability is by pilot request and may change.

Ownership & intellectual property

Solomon, its runtime, engine architecture, governance methodology, terminology, documentation, marks, and all underlying source and systems are the exclusive property of Ronin Inc. Nothing here grants a license to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, resell, or commercially deploy them without Ronin’s explicit written authorization. Site content, text, and design are © 2026 Ronin Inc.

Custom builds & Sanctum

Custom systems are delivered under a separate written agreement that governs scope, price, ownership of deliverables, and support. Sanctum builders receive a full Solomon under an open partnership on terms negotiated with Ronin Inc. Where a build uses Ronin’s Sanctum partnership model, the associated revenue-share terms are set out in that agreement.

Bookings & consultations

An appointment request submitted on the site is a request, not a confirmed booking, until Ronin confirms it with you. No payment is collected on the site at the time of booking. Estimates and pricing discussed in a consultation are not binding until captured in a written agreement.

Ronin Apps

Lead Engine output is derived from free public data and provided for lawful marketing use only. You are responsible for how you use it, including compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Do-Not-Call rules; it is not a consumer report and must not be used for credit, employment, insurance, or housing decisions (FCRA). App Forge applications you generate are yours to run and own, subject to the licenses of their open-source components.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site or services for anything unlawful, don’t attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt our systems, and don’t use Solomon or its outputs for prohibited or harmful purposes. Ronin’s security is self-hardening and every intrusion attempt is treated accordingly.

Disclaimers

The site, and all previews, demos, and renders on it, are provided “as is” and are illustrative only. They are not financial, legal, engineering, or professional advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. The public Solomon demo is a limited illustration and is not the full runtime.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ronin Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
