RONIN INC

Private commissions / White-label software

Your vision.
Your identity.
Precisely built.

Commission software around your requirements and your brand. Ronin works behind the scenes to build the interface, processes, and infrastructure that make it yours. The scope, ownership, deployment, and support are defined for your project.

What we build

A tool. A platform.
A product of your own.

01 / Internal software

A better place to work.

Message boards, team portals, customer systems, operational dashboards, and custom workflows. Built around the people using them.

02 / Communities & social

Your space. Your rules.

Private communities and social platforms with their own PostgreSQL database, member permissions, and moderation workflows.

03 / Custom products

Build something worth using.

Web platforms, local applications, commerce, and software you can operate or offer to customers. Start with the purpose and design the system around it.

04 / Exploring new formats

Software you can carry.

One direction we are exploring: games distributed on a flash drive with a preloaded SQL database. A concept for portable, self-contained experiences, with the runtime and device requirements still to work through.

Ownership by design

What you own.
What you can control.

The agreement follows the project. A managed build and an independent application can need very different delivery and support arrangements.

01

The software

Define the custom code and deliverables you own, alongside any existing components and their licenses.

02

The data

Agree where the database lives, who can access it, and how you can back it up, export it, and restore it.

03

The deployment

Choose the environment the project needs: your infrastructure, a managed deployment, or a local application where the requirements allow it.

04

The support

Set out documentation, maintenance, operating costs, and handover so the practical responsibilities are clear.

How we work

Start with the idea.
Give it a working form.

01 / Understand

Tell us what matters.

The people, the purpose, and the control you want over the finished system.

02 / Scope

Agree the plan.

Requirements, technical approach, pricing, ownership, delivery, and support in writing.

03 / Build

Review real progress.

Work through the interface and behavior against the needs of the people who will use it.

04 / Deliver

Make it usable.

Prepare the deployment, documentation, data, and agreed ongoing support.

Will the software carry my brand?

Yes. White-label delivery puts your identity across the interface, domain, and customer experience. Ronin works behind the scenes; the branding and handover requirements are agreed in your scope.

How is a project priced?

We scope the requirements and agree the price, payment schedule, delivery, support, and ownership timing for your project. A managed build is one possible arrangement.

Can you build something beyond business software?

Yes. Internal tools are one part of Ronin’s work. Private communities, social platforms, custom products, and ideas for games and local software are part of the wider scope.

Does sovereign software always run offline?

The architecture follows the requirements. Some systems need connectivity; others can be designed for local use. We define the hosting, data access, dependencies, and operating requirements before the build.

What exactly will I own?

Your agreement identifies the custom code, data, and other deliverables, their ownership terms, and the licenses for any existing technology. It also defines how you can operate and maintain the finished system.
