Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Ronin Inc (“Ronin,” “we”) collects through ronininc.org, why, and the control you keep over it. It is written to be read, not to hide behind.

What we collect

Information you submit. When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, email, phone number, the service you’re interested in, a preferred time, and your message. We store these in our own database so we can respond and deliver the work.

The Solomon concierge runs on your device. When your browser supports it, the on-site Solomon concierge answers your questions using an AI model that runs inside your own browser — your questions are not sent to Ronin. Where on-device AI isn’t available, the concierge falls back to pre-written answers. Either way, we don’t receive a transcript of your chat.

Preferences stored in your browser. Your chosen language and a small counter for the concierge’s free questions are saved in your browser’s local storage. They stay on your device and you can clear them anytime.

Standard hosting data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic technical data (such as IP address and request metadata) to serve pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiles.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule and deliver services you request, operate and secure the site, and meet legal obligations. That’s the whole list. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data to train Solomon — Solomon learns from what it asks the open internet, never from you.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run Ronin: our hosting and database provider (Cloudflare) and the email service we use to correspond with you. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Retention & your choices

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing ronininc2026@gmail.com. You can also clear the site’s stored preferences by clearing your browser data.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Protecting children is a core commitment of Ronin Inc.

International visitors

The site is served from Cloudflare’s global network and may be accessed worldwide. By using it, you understand your information may be processed in the United States and other regions where our providers operate.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
